• Booking Completion: You must complete your booking within 15 minutes of initiating it. If not, your booking will be automatically canceled.
• Token Refund: If you cancel your booking, the token amount will be refunded to your wallet within 7 working days.
• Rescheduling: You can reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before the original appointment time without any extra charges. After that, rescheduling will incur an additional fee.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment. After this, a cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund.
• Payment Methods: Payments can be made through credit cards, debit cards, and wallets. Any additional payment processing fees will be your responsibility.
• Data Privacy: Clinomart values your privacy. We will never share your personal details without your consent.
• General Rules: Clinomart reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time. You will be notified of any major changes.
